The Context: Why a Programme This Size Needs Technology Partners
The programme is not a single scheme — it is a system of 29 interlinked projects spanning seed quality enhancement, niche crop cultivation (including saffron, kala zeera, and exotic vegetables), livestock development, farm mechanisation, and market linkage development. Monitoring Dashboard
The primary deliverable is a monitoring dashboard that gives GDi's consulting team and government counterparts a real-time view of programme progress across key dimensions: farmer enrollment by district and scheme, unit-establishment progress versus targets, subsidy disbursement status and pipeline, and scheme-level uptake rates.
Custom Web Applications
Beyond the core dashboard, Brainstack has built custom web applications supporting specific consulting workstreams, including structured data collection interfaces for field visits, workflow tools for review and approval tracking, and reporting templates that generate formatted outputs for government stakeholders.
API Integrations
